Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB (German Civil Code).

3. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.


4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT (if applicable).

We offer free standard worldwide shipping.

Note: Shipping outside the EU is free only for orders over €300.

Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Delivery

Delivery is made worldwide from our location in Germany.

Shipping time is usually 2–3 working days within Germany. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Local pickup is not available.


6. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the methods offered in our shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant transfer). All payments are processed securely.


7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns


Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.


Return Shipping Costs:

The buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping.


Exclusions from Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., cushions) that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Items that show clear signs of use or damage beyond basic inspection.



Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in like-new condition. This means:


  • No visible signs of use: The product must not be worn or used.
  • No damage: No breakage, cracks, or excessive wear.
  • No stains or contamination: The item must be clean and in a resaleable condition.
  • Original packaging (if included) should be returned as well.



If returned items are used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct a compensation for lost value or to reject the return.


8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by us or our legal representatives or agents.

Otherwise, we are liable only for intent or gross negligence.


10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Please note that signs of age and minor deviations in appearance (e.g. in antique items) are not considered defects.


11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.


12. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the remainder remains unaffected.


13. International Orders

For orders outside Germany, differing consumer protection laws of the buyer’s country may apply and take precedence.

The buyer is responsible for compliance with local import laws and for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
